The products offered by FBAG.EU comply with current European legislation and the applicable European standards. 
Products sold by FBAG.EU may only be used for their intended purpose.

In no event shall FBAG.EU be held responsible for the consequences of improper use or use of a product. 
The client also enjoys a legal guarantee for hidden defects.

Only products with a proven hidden defect are subject to return to FBAG.EU for this reason. 
The customer who declares that the product supplied by FBAG.EU has a hidden defect must also provide proof of this.

FBAG.EU provides all its customers with watches with a status - "Mostren" or "Second Use" from the online store "FBAG.EU", with a warranty period of 6 (six) months after the date of purchase. For watches with condition - "New" the warranty is for a period of 2 years (24 months) after the date of purchase. (Condition - "Mostren" item is a status different and not equal to status - "New" item.)

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, problems with the mechanism and the proper functioning of the watch. To maintain your warranty, make sure that your watch is always checked, serviced and repaired by company representatives. The guarantee is void if a person who is not duly authorized to do so by a company representative performs service or repair of the watch.

If you wish to have your watch repaired, you must present the watch together with the duly completed warranty card that you received at the time of purchase.

The guarantees do not cover:

• replacement of cosmetic accessories; 
• abnormal or improper use of the products; 
• damages and their consequences during operation that is inappropriate for the intended purpose of the product 
• damages and their consequences related to external causes.

FBAG.EU is not responsible and the warranty does not cover defects related to the following components of the watch - battery, glass, dial / display, mechanism, chain, strap, and housing, resulting from: 
- damage caused by lack of care, improper transportation, accident or normal wear and tear; 
- improper operation and mechanical damage - impact, dropping, scratching, falling cover, arrow, index or other damage not related to a factory defect of the mechanism; 
- fading due to exposure to the sun or other heat sources; 
- maintenance or repair of the watch by a person not authorized by FBAG.EU 
- storage or use of the products in a humid environment, in case of non-compliance with the water resistance levels.

Sending photos or a short clip will help shorten your claim processing time.

In order to accept the claim for claim, it is necessary to present the item in its original packaging and complete set, as well as to be accompanied by the receipt issued by Econt upon payment of the goods, a cash voucher or an invoice.

If these conditions are not met, unfortunately the claim will not be upheld. The application will be considered as soon as possible, in case of defect the item will be repaired or replaced with a new one.

A product upon request for a complaint is sent by the customer via courier for his account. If a defect is found and the product is replaced or repaired, it is returned to the customer via courier at the expense of the Seller, if no defect is found, the return is made at the expense of the customer. The product warranty covers only factory defects, but not defects occurring after use and use of the product, whether intentional or not. Defects occurring after use include breaking, cracking, scratching, staining, irregularities, swelling, wetting, stripping and tearing of cables and the like.

The warranty does not apply in case of attempt to repair the damage by the customer. The warranty does not cover software issues, as well as problems arising from the installation of various applications.

All goods presented on the site and / or sold in the online store have a legal guarantee for the conformity of the goods with the contract of sale according to Art. 112-115 of the LPP. The commercial guarantee provided by fbag.eu does not affect the consumer rights arising from the guarantee under Art. 112-115 of the LPP.

Regardless of the commercial guarantee, the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the contract of sale under the guarantee under Art. 112-115 of the LPP. Information on consumer rights arising from the legal guarantee under Art. 112-115 of the LPP In case of any problems covered by the warranty, it is necessary to send the model back to us by courier, the transport costs being borne by the buyer.

In the event of damage not covered by the warranty or the need for repairs outside the warranty period, the customer pays for all repair and transport costs incurred.
