EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy


You may return or exchange a product that you have bought through fbag.eu and you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt.


The following qualify as reasons to do so:


1.    Exchange for another size


2.   You are dissatisfied with the presentation and appearance of the product


3. You have changed your mind about the purchase


 In any of the above mentioned events the customer shall bear the transport cost. In the event of an error by fbag.eu,   we will bear the transport cost. In the event of exchange the substitute model will be sent to the customer once the originally purchased one has been returned.In the event of a returned product the customer will be refunded the amount he has paid and any such refund will be paid into the bank account he has provided within 10 working days. Please, bear in mind the following when you place an order:


   Users may return any goods after the expiry of the 14-day cooling-off period only if the goods have defects.



   Enclosing the document you received at delivery (invoice) is mandatory.



   The presentation of the product in the package should not be  damaged
.

  RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST



   For users who have placed their order as guests, please click here.



   For users who have placed their order as registered users,
please log into your account.


 


 WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?


     To make the request in our system you need to enter the number of your order matching the email you used to place the order.


     Users with customer accounts can make the request directly with the Claims button in the their customer account.


     Users who have made their purchase as guests can file their request directly with the button above.


     Once you have done so, you will get access to the communication panel and you will receive a system notification of the address to which you should return the product/s.


       - RETURNS – If you wish a refund of the sum you paid, please, send us your bank details (in comments to your request): IBAN /  account holder name.



     As soon as we receive a confirmation of receipt of the product/s at the address we have advised, we will make the refund within 10 working days.

     - EXCHANGE – Please, enter the products you would like exchanged in the  "Return/Exchange Products” tab.





        Please, provide in the "Notification" tab a link to or the code of the item you  would like to receive in exchange.





         As soon as we receive back the product/s  we will send within 5 working days the items you have ordered.


 


         Any details relating to any difference in the sums will be discussed separately.

     Any parcels shipped to any other address different from the above will be disregarded.



    Please, bear in mind, that any bank charges for international bank transfers to bank accounts outside Bulgaria will be charged to the customers.
